• ATHLETIC FOUNDATIONS

    For aspiring performers with less than a year of experience within an athletic development environment. Develop fundamental movement skills and improve foundational physical qualities with enjoyment and fun at the heart of every activity. Play, develop strength, compete with friends, and bulletproof the body ready to play sport.

  • ATHLETIC development

    For individuals with at least 1 years training age within athletic development settings, who are competent in athletic motor skill competencies. Build on foundational movement qualities and elevate understanding of strength and conditioning principles to support sports performance.

  • ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

    4-6 athletes, working to develop specific physical qualities to increase performance determined by performance profiling.

    *Must have significant past experience of strength and conditioning and competence in resistance training.

Our first small group sessions will start in June and run alongside the school term time.
